Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome (no other pets). Maximum 2 pets per household. One‑time pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet.
Pet Restrictions
At all Cortland communities, certain aggressive breeds/mixes are not accepted, including but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Pit Bull Terrier), Cane Corso, or any Mastiff breed. Any animals that are not cats or dogs must continually stay in a cage or tank and do not require a fee.
